2012 wasn't the year for WWE,Raw getting terrible results, lack of Pay-Per-View buys and more.It looks more and more like WWE is trying to find ways to improve but they are doing it the wrong way. So,now that we are all getting ready to kick off the new year,WWE must do the same to accomplish it's goals of making 2013 a year to remember for us.
5.More Divas.
One of the main things WWE should be focusing on is the Divas division.Right now there are only 12 Divas right now with 4 of them not even competing much in the ring.I think now it's the best time to bring in some fresh new Divas into the business.Currently in NXT there are even less Divas, but in NXT it's not about the size of the roster,it's about the talent.right now there are only 2 Divas in NXT that I wanna see them in the main roster,Paige and Summer Rae.
Let's face it,the Divas division could really use young age Divas, and who better than Paige, she athletic, smart, wise and talented in wrestling.Plus,Paige is from a family full of wrestlers, her parents are wrestler and so are her 2 brothers,so having that much experience from your parents is always good for TV.And who knows, she's from England,Wade Barrett is too,and a storyline could be brought to life with these two.
And,Summer Rae is a veteran wrestler,a former Chicago Bliss cornerback and is also a model,3 things many Divas around WWE need, age, strength and hotness. We can't just have 4 or 5 Divas who have those three things now can we?
4.Bring back a few wrestlers.
WWE has completely been losing all the good Superstars and Divas and have held on to the lowest of all competitors, names like Jeff Hardy,Batista,Maria,Carlito,Kharma and more are gone. With The Rock and Brock Lesnar given contracts that have them fight in what 1 match per year?If WWE ever wants people to see ratings sky rocketing than bring the Superstars above back and give Lesnar and Rock more and more matches.
3.Have Pay-Per-Views that really mean something.
Isn't there just one Pay-Per-View that you would like to see again,Fatal 4 Way,Armageddon or Bragging Rights?Don't you want at least one Pay-Per-View that you would wanna see again?Well,if you wanna see those type of Pay-Per-View's than there needs to be some room for it,there are two Pay-Per-View's that for me are just not good enough and need to be replaced.Night of Champions and Money in the Bank.
Those two Money in the Bank briefcase ladder matches can be placed on a Raw,SmackDown or Main Event show or in another Pay-Per-View,like WrestleMania or SummerSlam. And what about Night of Champions, just scrap it,that Pay-Per-View isn't even entertaining with just 189,000 buys, mainly because there was no match that had a stipulation,so the two Pay-Per-View's that replace those two?Cyber Sunday and Fatal 4 Way.And maybe even have King of the Ring if there are ever any slots. And the Pay-Per-View's that need to improve to have more buys, with Hell in a Cell and Elimination Chamber matches put in No Way Out,it fits perfectly, but then there's another empty slot, well you know where I'm going with that.
2.Have better guest stars.
WWE is used to having many good guest stars like Hugh Jackman,Perez Hilton,Snooki and Chris Angel. But,WWE has also had some bad guest stars,The Muppets, some man dressed up like Obama and just last week some fat man dressed up as Santa Claus, what's next PSY(that is a day I am not looking forward to).
So if they want good reviews, their gonna need good guest stars.
1.More Championships.
Right now there are just 6 championships in the WWE,which for me is not enough.Last time, there were at least 10-12 titles, which was what people wanted to see, more wrestlers with titles, now we just see wrestlers with their undies.
Which means the WWE should really start thinking of bring back titles such as the World Tag Team titles,Women's title and the Light heavyweight.Who knows, maybe there will be a good reason to hold on to Night of Champions.
Conclusion
As much as I love to be right, you might see that I'm wrong. So,let me know what you think should change, either it's the 5 things on the list or there's something thatinside one of the 5 things you think is wrong just comment below and tell me what you think should change.
Bringing you everything WWE,including results, analytics, reports, reviews and previews.Note:I will only be reviewing episodes of WWE Monday Night Raw and Pay-per-views.(Side note:Reviews for Pay-per-views and WWE Main Event will only occur on Saturdays/Sundays GMT+8 Malaysia because I'm a cheapskate and my TV channels don't broadcast many WWE shows that fast).I will also not be reviewing episodes of Friday Night SmackDown because my TV channels don't broadcast SmackDown.
